By joining Stitch Your Dog, or any course on this site, you agree to these terms.

Your purchase

The course is a one-time payment for lifetime access for one person. It is not a subscription. When you pay, Stripe (our payment processor) saves your card so you can add the Stitch Kit in one tap on the page right after checkout. It is never charged again unless you choose to add something. Card payments are processed by Axiom Media LLC, the company behind Stitch Your Dog, and show on your statement as AXIOM* STITCHYOURDOG.

Your account and signing in

Your account is your email address. There is no password: to sign in, we email you a 6-digit code (one right after checkout, and one whenever you ask at /signin). Each code works once, for 10 minutes, and asking for a new one cancels the old one. Once you’re signed in, that device stays signed in until you sign out (or for up to a year). Please keep your codes to yourself: your access is for you alone.

Your pattern

Your personal pattern is made from the photo you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Your first pattern is included, and for 30 days after you join you can make up to 3 more in the Pattern Studio. Each pattern’s stick & stitch sheet can be downloaded 3 times. If a photo doesn’t work, we’ll ask for another one, and if the pattern needs a closer look, a person may finish it by hand. Your pattern is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Sharing your finished piece

You can share a photo of your finished hoop in the student gallery, which only other students can see. It’s private unless you tick the box to share it, and we review each piece before it appears. You can delete it any time, and we may remove anything that isn’t right for the gallery.

Mailed items

If you add the pre-printed Stick & Stitch sheets or the Stitch Kit, they’re packed by hand and mailed to the address you give at checkout. Because the sheets are printed with your dog’s pattern, they ship after your pattern is ready. The Stitch Kit ships within the US only, for a flat $6.95 shipping charge, shown as its own line before you pay.

Refunds

If the course isn’t right for you, email us at hello@stitchyourdog.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. When a refund is made, access to the lessons ends. We keep a record of the order for our accounts.
